CasePredictor

Privacy Policy

CasePredictor is a static, server-less site. We don't run accounts, don't accept user submissions, and don't store any personal information. This page describes the only places data leaves your browser and what each does with it.

Last updated: May 11, 2026.

What we collect

Nothing on our end.The site is fully prerendered static HTML. There are no databases, no cookies set by CasePredictor itself, no analytics scripts that send data to us. We never see your name, priority date, receipt number, email, IP address, or anything else you enter into the calculator or visa-bulletin tools. Your inputs live only in your browser's memory and the page URL.

The ETA calculator does write your case parameters to the URL query string (e.g. ?form=I-485&cat=EB2&pd=2022-09-01) so you can bookmark or share a link. That URL is visible to anyone you share it with — there's nothing private about it, but if you consider your priority date sensitive, don't share the URL.

Third-party services we use

Contact form

Our contact form opens your email client with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent through our servers — the email goes directly from your email account to ks.amit@gmail.com. We see your message only once it arrives in that inbox. We keep feedback messages indefinitely for product improvement; we do not share them.

Cookies

CasePredictor sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may receive cookies from Cloudflare for bot detection (e.g. __cf_bm); these are functional and do not track you across sites. The theme toggle stores your light/dark preference in your browser's localStorage, which is local to your device and not transmitted anywhere.

Children's privacy

CasePredictor is intended for adults navigating the USCIS process. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we add new third-party services (analytics, ads, embeds, etc.), we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. There is no notification system, so check back occasionally if it matters to you.
